SIZE WARNING. Dimensions in the description refer to the tubes' length, not the assembled frame (with the addition of corners). It gives an estimate of the workable area available. Actual size will feel slightly bigger.USER NOTICE. Prior to first use, it is recommended that you slide out the clamps from the tubes and assure of the tightness needed for your specific material. Clamps can be forced open or shut, which may be necessary if you plan on using a thick or thin fabric without affect to the hold. Please always place and remove the clamp carefully to avoid damages.Content: 1 frameBaouRouge Clip Emproidery Frame is a Universal Craft Frame made with tubes measuring 15cm & 15cm (5.9" x 5.9"). The frame is made of durable PVC tubing that can be used for cross-stitch, embroidery, quilting, needlepoint, silk-painting etc. The size is the external size of the frame is about 20 x 20 cm (including corners) and actual work area is approx 15 x 15 cm. Very very good
I find the square/ oblong frames easier to use than the traditional circular ones, particularly if the Aida is heavy. It also doesn't crease the Aida as much as using a circular frame does. Just release the tension a tad and you can tighten it when you back to it. Easy to use. Buy a couple of different sizes and you can mix and match them together to make long narrow projects.

Not bad for a panic purchase
I had been after a QSnap, but there was not one of the correct size available with Prime delivery, so I took a chance and ordered this.Overally I am pretty happy with it, although I have to pack out under the securing sections (sorry, don't know what else to call them) with thickish fleece to give them more grip and stop the bar loosening off.I am pretty sure I will get more of these. The only negative for me is that the frame is plastic and therefore my needle-minders do not stick to it.

***** Quality, prompt delivery, simple instructions
Great quality, easy to assemble with simple instructions. Exactly as shown in pictures. Holds my fabric taut enough to make that bouncy "pang" sound that demonstrates the appropriate tension needed when embroidering. Unlike other cheaper alternates I have tried it doesn't fray the fabric or stain it with the coloured plastic parts.Would recommend.

Superb item
Great item, makes life much easier when working on a square piece. Strong and pull the fabric nice and tight. Can’t go wrong with these.

Ok for thicker fabric
Works well for thicker fabric, but silk just slips through so I can't use it for silk painting. It should be fine for cross stitch

Not bad
Good quality, little difficult to use

Good product
Loved using this. The only thing I found was it kept slipping so had to double up the fabric. It felt very comfortable to hold. More than round slim wooden ones I've used in the past.

Frame NOT 15cm by 15cm when assembled
Frame is not 15 cm by 15 cm— it is 25 cm by 25 cm when assembled and far to big for what it was purchased for. Will be returning.
