Badly thought through in my opinion.Major Flaws:- Grip is completely smooth- Sping is compressed rather than pulledWhere your hand is supposed to be seated on the handles, there is absolutely no grip whatsoever. It may look like there is grip in the image, however I can assure you its just smooth slippery plastic thats hard to get any sort of grip on even when your palms are not sweaty.Ridiculous design in my opinion, I have used a 40kg hand excersizer for years, gone through 6 of them as they break or become weak so I went for this one as a change, big mistake.Not comfortable to hold at all, not ergonimically designed, and too slipery to operate.The sping is compressed, rather than pulled.Therfore you dont get a wide mtion range, its a very shrot compression to close the device.Doesn't give you the satisfaction as if you are actually using anything as you dont have enough movement to fully excersize your muscles.Not worth it in my opinion.I would give this a miss and stick with the popular other 20-40kg design.

The reason for thisThe handle it self fitsHowever 2 days later it started making noise has I hold down.Also the handle isn't soft so expect your finger to be hurting afterwards.And there is no instructions to how to make the weight less or heavier.But overall it's a good product to increase your forearm strength but your hand ouch.

Not enough resistance for real forearm workouts. Cant complain about the seller though, delivered on time ect

Handle grips are very slippy. Too small range of motion. Not an effective workout at all. Very disappointing.

This product really helps with strengthening my grip. Awesome product

not bad at all, on some of the other spring tension hand grippers the spring breaks after a short period of time, this has lasted longer, maybe due to the fact it is compressed instead of stretched, still in use and I would definatly buy another, the resistance settings go from easy to hernia.
