Review: 7-year-old’s birthday wish fulfilled. - 7-year-old loves all things Mars rovers. He already has several stationary mini rover cars/toys, but none that move. Every year since he was 5 he’s been asking for a remote controlled rover, but I could never find one. Until this one. He loves this thing so much and wakes up early to play with it. The tires are rubber and do not appear to leave any scuff marks on the floor. Also, the box came with nice quality info cards about rovers, which was an unexpected bonus. The cons: I will say the battery doesn’t seem to last very long, but he likes being the one responsible for charging it. Also, the solar panels break easily (he already broke one of the small ones). Lastly, my son knows a lot of details about the various rovers, and wishes this one was a more accurate copy of Zhurong, but overall he’s made peace with the design (lol) and loves it. Thanks for making this for space-loving kids!
