I bought this suana sweatshirt in hopes to shed a few pounds and it definitely did the Job. I have used it while running for the past week and lost 4 lbs. I find it works better with the viyaFIT waist trimmer. It's also comes with waist draw strings and elastic rist cuffs that really hold the sweat and heat in. Top quality product for a great price.

I like the quality of the material when I opened the package. Since it was new and came from manufacturing, there is the smell of the new material as expected. So I just let it air out overnight and I was able to use it the next day. I used it for running and cardio.I already had an old sauna suit but the quality was kinda bad that the silver lining inside started to show signs of wear after a couple of uses. This one has better quality and I think it will last longer. As for sizing, I am 5'5", medium body built around 38-40" chest and 165 lbs, I got a large but it came out a little bit loose. The product page said to get one size up which I did but I should've gotten a medium instead. I decided not to return and just keep the item and I will just layer.I only wash this with mild soap and wash it when I shower after I workout. Hope this helps.

Runs a little small for the bigger guys but if I would’ve sized up. It would’ve been great

I’ve been boxing for about 20 years now and have always used sauna suits to cut water weight. I’ve used various ones that are skin tight and realized that that’s not what I’ve wanted. I’ve always wanted something loose like a windbreaker and this is IT! It retains the heat whether you keep it loose or tighten it. ALWAYS size up when ordering a sauna suit. This was perfect and I can’t stop raving about it. I’ve already recommended it to a few people.

yo normalmente soy 2X en ropa asi que obtuve por elegir la 3X con la intención de que me quedara algo floja y de esta manera poder moverme cómodamente a la hora de levantar pesas. pues raza, la senti como si fuera 1X. para nada me podia mover cómodamente y si hacía algun movimiento brusco, sentía que se rompería. no obstante si la usan como para correr o caminar estará bien.P.D. mido 1.76 y peso 290lbs.... éxito raza!
