I’m going to start by saying that I am VERY picky about lavender oil. It is either a wonderful smell or super pungent and I can’t stand it. This lavender oil is possibly the most wonderful one I have found to date. The smell is very gentle and pleasing; very real and very fresh and not at all perfumey and overwhelming like many lavender oils. This could very well be the first lavender oil that I would say I “love” the smell.I’ve been using this on my face at night. It really seems to do a nice job moisturizing my skin, but doesn’t at all leave an oily film. My skin soaks it right up and seems to really like it. I have to be very careful what I use on my face because I can tend to break out and I have had absolutely no problem with this product.I’ve also been using it on my legs after I shave; on my elbows when they get dry… really…. I’ve just been using it everywhere and my skin seems to just love it!This is the first lavender oil I’ve ever left a review for because it’s the first one I’ve bought that I thought was worth it. I’ll be buying this product from now on and will also be purchasing several more for Christmas gifts.UPDATE: I had a problem for a while where my elbows got VERY dry. It had used lots of regular lotions on them and they weren't getting any better. Finally I took a picture just to be able to zoom in and see how bad it was. Then I used this lavender oil on it. It literally cleared up and was healed in under a week. I'm attaching the before and after photos. I really love this oil.

Great oil annoying bottle. The oil smells wonderful absorbs quickly and leaves my skin soft. The spray bottle it comes in however is a constant headache. The lavender buds constantly get stuck in the tube and the sprayer always jams and I’ve had 3 just stop working. I end up just unscrewing the top which is annoying bc I prefer the way it applies when sprayed and the buds get everywhere when you’re trying to apply it.

I came across this oil while looking for a lighter oil to use from head to toe.The lite scent is heavenly, not greasy and I’ve not had any problems with my sensitive skin.After chemo, it took a few years for my skin, hair and nails to recover, but not like before chemo.I have always used a certain skin care line, one of the higher end lines , and my skin wasn’t quiet like I would have liked it to be.I started out with a favorite lavender oil, using it nightly but it was thicker and greasy.I came across this oil, have been using it for 6 days, mostly on my face, neck and chest twice a day. I’m so not wear makeup, and look forward to using it before bed.My skin is smoother, more healthy looking, and my fuzzy curly hair looks shinier and less fuzzy.I look forward to trying other products from this line, and hope you enjoy this lovely oil as much as I have.

Wonderful scent feels beautifully silky on the skin but the container is difficult to hold in hand once the hands become oily. This is an amazing product but I struggle to apply with one hand and Spritz with the other. Plus you can only spray when the bottle is the right side up which is clearly a little difficult to do if you spray your whole body. I would definitely get it again if the company would change the bottle.

It's ok

This is a nice oil that I keep by my bed. I put it on my feet, my face, any body part that could use a little TLC before I go to bed. It smells like a nice lavender scent, not too overpowering but very pleasant. Lavender is often used in aromatherapy to relax the body and mind, which is why I use it prior to bedtime. It's a relaxing scent and the oil makes my skin feel really calm and soft. All of the types of oil in this are known to be really good for your skin. The pump spray works nicely. The bottle was smaller than I expected, but that is my fault for not paying attention to the number of ounces this has. It is 4 ounces, which is half a cup, if that helps you imagine the size. The flowers in the jar add a touch of natural beauty/luxury to the item. I will purchase again when this runs out.

This stuff is useless. I liked nothing about it. Baby oil with chunks.

I've used lavender essential oils for years and used it for many different things. If you love the smell of lavender, you'll love this oil. It is very light on your skin and perfect for a massage before bed since lavender promotes healthy sleep. I usually wet my hands so the oil rubs over my skin easily and absorbs well. It also makes it so the oil spreads farther, making it last longer. I was surprised when I got this oil to see that they also recommend it for dry nails and cuticles. I don't necessarily consider my nails dry, but my cuticles get that way when I wash my hands a lot, which is often. I've been rubbing this oil into my cuticles the last couple of weeks and then waiting a few minutes before I put lotion on my hands and they already feel much better and they don't crack as easily... an unexpected bonus!
