Pan MUST be 'seasoned' before first use, which will help it give fantastic results each time it is used. This 'seasoning' should be repeated every now and then, to keep the pan in tip-top condition.No oil is needed what-so-ever for cooking, and pan can be wiped out with a kitchen towel after use. One of the secrets to using this pan, is hardly any heat is required for cooking with amazing results.Non-stick coating means that food just slides out of the pan.10 out of 10 - I cannot fault this pan! 🍳

although i was offered to send back it came with a buckle in it didnt effect cooking so i kept it

Super value for money. Biggest "problem"? When you fry eggs it's almost too non-stick and you find yourself chasing the things round the pan. Still it's just a learning curve. Highly recommended. (Ex pro chef by the way).
