Waited a few months to write this review to be accurate. This little ice machine is awesome. It can fill up in about 30 mins and will hold ice for about 2-5 hours depending on temp in the room.

This worked wonderfully at first. Purchased in November 2024 and started using right before Christmas and today 3/7/25 (less than 4 months) this ice machine malfunctioned, the ice is full indicator light comes on immediately and will not make ice. Looking further others have experienced same issue. Will try to contact manufacturer to see if they will take this back for refund.

In my home we use lots of ice. My son,me and our lab love ice. Our ice maker went on the fritz. This we plugged in and made lots of ice in minutes. Little noise,value for money excellent, speed is minutes til ice cubes, no sticky feel...it's great.

It was as described & came sooner than expected.Makes small ice cubes quickly; about 6 minutes. Worth the money for this size. Much quicker & easier than ice trays! Not enough for a big party. I’d make filled freezer bags for that.Pretty quiet & easy to use. It does self clean (which is convenient) however, if the plug came out of the back of the unit it would be easier to bring the unit to the sink to drain. The plug has to come out of the wall & then carry the unit to the sink. The drain plug is under the bottom of the unit. The unit weighs about 15 lbs so it was actually easier to put the unit in a tray with a rack (so cord would not get wet) to drain it rather than bringing it to the sink.Some people complained about the ice not staying frozen in the unit which that would use a lot of electricity to keep running that cold continuously. This is fast enough & putting into freezer bags as it’s being made is good. You can let it fill & then empty into bags also. The ice is cold enough while filling. The cubes are hollow bullet size, which melt a little faster in a drink. If you don’t have an ice maker in your fridge & not much room to have a commercial ice maker, this is way better & faster than ice trays. Once you have enough ice just shut off the machine. Any ice will melt back into unit for next time. If you’re using it a couple times a week it’s good & fresh. If it’s going to be sitting for longer periods, than you’ll have to clean & drain it.

We ordered this ice maker since we couldn’t put one in our freezer. This little counter top machine is a tiny work horse! We take what we want or need from machine and it continues to make more as long as we put water in it. We collect ice during the day and bag it into the freezer so we have ice for company and family gatherings! This was our family’s early Christmas gift! Thanks Santa

The media could not be loaded. The ice maker is very ease to use, and the instructions are very clear to understand. To make the ice it doesn’t take long at all. You can choose if you want smaller and bigger ice which they are only a little difference between the two. It don’t take to much water to make the ice. It comes with a little scoop as you seen in the video. The machine isn’t big at all so it don’t take up at of space on the counter. Very easy to clean and maintain. Also, the noise is very low you don’t en know it’s making the ice.

We have had this since sept 2024. I plugged it in Oct 2024 and I want to say around January 2025 it began leaking from underneath and is no longer functional. Long term use on this thing isn’t any good. Have to it unplugged for now until I figure out getting a bee on.
