A more yellow light than I expected
Bought to replace the 10 bulbs in my dining room ceiling light previous makes usually only lasted 9 months. A bit too yellow in colour tone for my preference - the previous halogens were whiter. Only time will tell whether they will still be working in 12 months time.

For cooker hood —product fine although packaging did allow one bulb box to be badly dented but bulb was in tact.

Good quality lights, little pricier than others but they should last a while.

It's a bulb!
Arrived earlier than delivery estimate. Took it out of the box, plugged it in to the lamp, switched on and it worked. Still have to test the 1500 hour life, but the last one (make unknown) lasted about 7 hours. If it does last 1500 hours I will update this review on 22 May 2013.Updated February 2013: OK it isn't 22nd May 2013 yet but I reckon the bulb is nearing 1500 hours use and is still going strong so they deserve the credit for accurate prediction.

Bulbs do the job
£6 for 5 bulbs, the first bulb is still going strong 5 weeks after I put it in my light, and even if it pops tomorrow that makes it 24 pence a weeks for a strong light that I require in my office, will buy again (but not for a while if they carry on lasting so long :) )
