This is a superb remote adjustable seatpost. You can adjust your riding height position remotely via the handlebar mounted remote lever. There are 3 positions all measured from the maximum insertion point of the seatpost body. 87mm, 133mm, 177mm This gives you 3 seperate riding positions availlable via the remote lever, no need to fully dismount, simply raise your hips and reset your saddle height whilst on the move !!

It came without the 30.9 mm shim (fortunately I didn't need it). The control mechanism (lever) is ripping the cable in no time, had to replace cable and control mechanism (got one from rock shocks remote lock out).Hopefully now it works, I would recommend to buy a propper one although they are much more expensive.
