Cast Iron Kettle with brass finish rigid spring handle. Blue enamelled. Overall length approx 23.5cm x approx 14cm high excluding handle x approx 19cm wide. Capacity 2ltr approx. Suitable for use on most hobs and cooking appliances as well as open fires and woodburning stoves. If using on an electric hob only use a low heat as iron conducts heat far better than steel and you should not use above mark 3. If you wish to use a higher heat I would advise using a simmer ring between the pan and electric hob as too high a heat in direct contact with the base of the pan without air circulation could cause the pan to crack. Please note these are cast iron so are heavy and also the handles can get hot so oven gloves are advised.
