great phone, I bought this for an older relative who struggles with most modern phones, it's well laid out and easy to use, highly recommended

I like the phone, with a few reservations. It could do with a case and also a cradle which the elderly find easier than cables to plug in the phone.It is let down by the manual which is really poor for the elderly/poor eyesight. Tiny font and a tiny booklet which my Mum couldn't read.. I had to type it for her.

I had to buy another battery which cost me ten pound.as the other one wasn working i couldnt sent it back as my hubby need it fot emergency

Poor design. Firstly it is so easy to turn the volume down by accident and then so hard to find out how to turn it up again. Secondly it has a default lock that is complicated to unlock.. you have to press a sequence of buttons. That's not good if you are in any way forgetful or frail.

I bought for my father who is 90 years old, it is very good, he likes it so much.

When it came it was in a foreign language, got in touch with the seller who promptly sent simple instructions. After following the instructions the phone was easy to use, ideal for my parents.

Bought this for my 85 year old mother in law, whose hearing and sight are not as good these days, she loves it, and finds that she can actually read the text. She had a normal mobile but couldn't read text, hence we tried this one for her. She certainly seems happy with it, but did comment it needs charged more frequently than her previous phone, but not a major issue.

Good for the elderly people mum can use it

Pessima visto non c'era scritto che non ha la lingua italiana.. mio padre che una certa età non lo usa è fermo dentro un cassetto .. cosa dovrei fare? L ha portato pure a fare vedere a centri di telefonia ..io ho fatto una figura pessima specialmente con lui che lo aspettava con ansia .. adesso ha un tel vecchissimo .. che va' e non va' .. datemi voi una spiegazione grazie

Las instrucciones no estan en castellanoni tiene posibiludad de cambiarlo.( solo ingles y otro idioma ....) Asi q para personas mayores es poco aconsejable.

nous avons été décu par ce produit car tout en anglais et un souci pour personne agée dont le produit ne nous conviens pas

Este teléfono no está en idioma español ni hay manera de ponerlo. Lo que dificulta el uso.Además, no se escuchan muy bien las llamadas.

La verdad esque la batería no duro mas de tres Medea... tuve mala experiencia con este teléfono.
