Good build quality and value for money
Great value for money. Surprisingly high quality build structure. They are no Dickies but for the price you can't beat it. The material is heavy and they seem to have very sturdy construction. Very comfortable. I haven't had them long enough to speak to the durability but they feel well made and the fabric is thick and seems like it will hold up.

Actual fit vs. size chart
I hate buying clothing on-line. Why? Because you can't try it on before you buy it, and that can be a real hassle, right? But I took a gamble (again) due to the fact that it seems all my pants have shrunk over the last few months (wink) and I discovered other than sweats, I had no pants to wear. So, I purchased 3 pairs of these cargo-pants. Ok, now I'm going to embarrass myself, but I'm doing this to try and help you guys out, so cut me some slack. I'm 5' 10", 260 lbs. with a 53" waist and my leg length from belly button to floor is 42". Yes, I'm a cow, so let's just get that out of the way. (oh, I don't really believe I'm a cow, I just know I look like one) Ok, so, I ordered 3x size pants and the chart says they fit 35"-49" waist and are 44.5" in length. They arrived today and I tried one pair on. Much to my surprise, they fit great with even a couple of inches of room to spare around the waist. Remember, I have a 53" waist measured across the greatest girth (belly button level) and the size chart says 3x fits up to 49". So, the chart isn't exactly on target, and I might even fit into the 2x, but I'm not going to get a pair of those just to see if I could. Now about the length. The length seems to be accurate with the chart, 44.5". I have some room to play with at the bottom and I'm curious to see where they end up after washing. Other reviews claim some serious shrinking in length, by as much as 1.5"s after wash. If that is the case, then the bottoms should end up right on top of my shoes, and that's fine, though I would prefer just a little longer. The colors (I bought Black, Coffee, Brown) are very nice, especially the Coffee, really nice dark color. As for the material, lightweight, but not too light, feels durable but not stiff at all, very comfortable and easy to move, bend, squat in.Concerns: Not sure how durable the button closure is going to be, feels a bit flimsy, but buttons can always be replaced (right, honey?). The other concern is, again, shrinking after washing. I've read some other reviews and this issue seems to be a common thread in them. However, I do have about 2" of play at the bottom, so I'd imagine that even with some shrinking, I should end up ok. There is about 1" of hemmed up material that could be unstitched if it shrinks more than acceptable.I would certainly recommend these at this point. Probably would even if they shrunk an inch or so. Overall, they seem like a fine pair of pants, worth the price. Hope this helps.

Pants for my son.
They were bought for my son who is stroke victim. He says he likes the fit. Like the material. Look like casual dress pants. Worth the money.

Not Sweatpants!
Don't buy these if you are looking for sweatpants! They list this with so many descriptions you don't know what you are going to receive. Let me make it clear their is a distinct difference between a pair of jogging pants and a pair of sweatpants. If you are looking for sweatpants these are not the ones to buy. Very thin single layer cotton. Also very poor quality, threads hanging off and so thin they will rip if you catch them on anything. Poorly made Asian garbage!

Low-ish quality, and the zipper broke very easily
**Review for AIFARLD. Men's Cargo Pants with Pockets**First off, let's talk about the clickbait name that is on the listing. It's misleading. These aren't sweatpants or athletic joggers or especially good for hiking—just your basic, cheap, cottony cargo pants.**Comfort and Fit:**I found them pretty comfortable and ended up wearing them as my primary pants. They're light enough that I didn't get too warm, which is a plus for me. However, they shrink a lot after the first wash, so definitely buy one or two sizes bigger than you think you need. I got an extra large, and they were too long and baggy at first. But after washing them twice, they fit much better.**Quality:**The quality isn't great. The zipper is small and annoying, often getting stuck. After a couple of weeks, the zipper broke completely, which was frustrating. Even if it hadn't broken, these pants don't feel like they'd last long.**Overall:**These pants are okay if you need something cheap and quick, but don't expect them to last. They're comfortable once you get the sizing right, but the quality issues make them a short-term solution. Be cautious and know that you're not getting high-quality pants here.

My Son Really Liked These Pants
My son got hit with a new dress code at work and he needed pants fast as none of his fit him anymore. He was wearing shorts all the time. He needed comfortable pants so I ordered 10 pair of a variety of styles from Amazon. He liked this style the best. He said they are very comfortable. He kept the light gray, black and green. Our weather has been over 100 and these are light weight and have lots of pockets which he wanted. They are reasonably priced too. Sadly, after only 1 wash and wearing the pants once the pockets began to rip. My son is a counselor, not construction so he just wore them to work. I returned them all because they are not constructed well if the start falling apart after wearing once. They were poor quality.

Stretch waist
Very nice quality cotton fabric. Nice to have belt loops and button closure with zipper and stretch waist. Will buy more. Size was correct.
