This treadmill is exactly what I have been looking for as far as size, functionality, durability, and price. It came nicely packaged with everything labeled and tools needed to set up. The instruction manual was great, but I especially love the easy to follow instructional videos that Ksports provides. Customer service was very responsive as well when I had a question later on about using the lubricant. Overall, it took about 30 minutes to get everything up and running. However, I think with a second person and few of your own tools, it will be even quicker. The treadmill looks well built, feels very stable and durable. Being medium size, it has a small foot print and with wheels, allows me to place this anywhere in my house. The platform can be folded up for storage but with a press on the hydraulic button using my foot, it will come gently back down. Really nice well thought out features! I especially like the display because it shows pulse, calories, distance, time simultaneously instead of having to cycle through the information like many other exercise machines. It also has a rack with hand weights to be used for light upper body workout while walking. The platform can manually be inclined by simply adjusting a pin to vary the difficulty which also works great for doing sit-ups or crunches using the built in foot bar. Very nice bonus to give me a full body work out. Lastly, It was very easy to pair my music and fitness apps to the treadmill. The main thing I would consider when deciding to buy this medium size treadmill is the size of the platform. If you have a longer stride or doing very aggressive training, the bigger size may be more suited for you. At medium speed, it is way more than enough for me. You should always use the the magnetic safety shutoff cord but especially at the higher speeds. Just make sure to attach the clip securely and test it to make sure it works properly. Being a bird watcher, I look forward to using my treadmill everyday. I place it in front of my window and enjoy a nice walk or jog in the park!

We contemplated on getting a treadmill for a while. We were looking for a treadmill with all of the basics - different speed options, an incline option, foldable for easy storage, and a place to plug in device for music. I have looked at several options, including brands that are more expensive. A friend recommended that we try this one after being extremely satisfied with his. After reading the reviews and looking at the features, we decided to order this one. We are so happy we did because it has all the basic features we wanted for a good price. It is very sturdy despite it being foldable, which is important for us in a home with kids. Although we plan to leave it in one corner of our basement from now on, it’s so nice that we can easily fold it up and transport it to another area if needed. It was so easy install and it didn’t take long at all. It has all the basic functions we needed for a good work out at home, especially during the hot summer weather now and cold winters later here outside. As a bonus, it also comes with a handy rack for dumbbells storage. It comes with dumb bells and a floor mat for other workouts. I love how it stores everything neatly. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with the product. I am glad I have a treadmill to work out on while the baby sleeps without having to go out. It is so hard to find time to work out being a mom of a baby so it’s nice to have this option at the comfort of our home now at an affordable price.

I was hesitant to purchase a treadmill online but this was at a good price, had good reviews and the features I was looking for. I didn't need a top of the line treadmill for running, I wanted something easy to use and compact for walking a few miles daily. It was delivered by UPS and arrived two days early. It weighs 88lbs in the packaging so if you need to carry it solo, you may need to remove it from the packaging and carry each piece. It is very easy to assemble, takes about 15 minutes. It is easy to use, the display is clear and it seems to work well. It is relatively quiet. The motor seems adequate though it struggles a bit at higher speeds but for walking, it seems fine. I had an issue with a loud noise after using it a few days. I checked all the connections but couldn't determine the source. I dreaded the hassle of having to return it. I contacted the company customer service via email and received a response the next day. They asked for a video clip to hear the noise. I sent it and the next day they sent a video reply. I expected it to be a generic troubleshooting vid but it was a personal reply from one of their techs. They immediately sent the replacement parts to me. I think this treadmill is a good value. It seems solidly built, is easy to assemble, and use. It is compact and folds, which makes it perfect for small places though if you are tall, it may be too small for your stride. I am very pleased with their customer service and that they stand behind their products. I would purchase from this company again.

I actually bought this to use at a rental home my wife and I stayed in for 2 months while on vacation in Florida. I own an expensive treadmill at home. This unit is no for anyone taller than 5' 8" as your stride will be to long. I have a disease that makes me unable to run and sometimes I even find I need to support myself by holding the side bars. This treadmill is perfect for someone wanting to walk fast and perhaps hold the sides while doing so. I do not think if I were younger and looking for a treadmill to run on during foul weather this would suffice. My last comment is that this is extremely easy to move and store away. The folding mechanism is outstanding and easy to use, and once folded the unit has wheels for moving around. Lastly I did not assemble the weight holders in front. The basic assembly was very easy and required I think 8 bolts that were tightened with tools that came with the unit. For the price this is an excellent buy if you are a smaller individual and/or elderly and looking for something to just use for walking fast or on an incline.

This is my second treadmill in the past two years. I went with another brand before, and it served it's purpose but sadly didn't last. The overall quality has got to include durabilaity and reliabilty in my opinion. So I found this treadmill, and astethically it is very pleasing for my home gym, as well as modern looking. The sturdiness is of great importance as I am middle aged, and my reaction time has dwindled for years now. The treadmill does not tip that easy, and that is such a relief. I have confidence when using it that should I zone out, I will not "fall" off. The handles are comfortable, easy to access the main board at a moments notice. Another feature I like about this treadmill is that when you are ready to call it quits, the stop has a slow down period until it stops. Some treadmills will just do a quick stop. The treadmill has a great safety feature, which was important to me as my daughters are now beginning to use the home gym, I know it is a must safety feature. Additonally, another feature was appealing was the fact that the treadmill came with bars, so you can also do sit-ups, and included one pound dumbells . Which again is perfect for my daughters to begin with. The treadmill does have a bluetooth feature, so you can listen to your music or mp3 player. Most importantly is the actual workout. The treadmill is smooth, very smooth and quiet. Lastly, this is a perfect size for even a townhome/apartment. It's not overly bulky, but rather a great addition without all the space needed that some others do. Based on my usage of this treadmill over the past two months, I would say this is a great investment. Quality materials, superb craftmanship. I would most definitely purchase this brand again, and would recommend this to other consumers as well.

Easy to put together. It came damaged but not enough to not allow the machine to work. So I charged it to the game. First go round I started it up and also my Apple Watch. I was on the treadmill for 30 minutes it said I burned 77 calories if I recall correctly. The time and distance was correct but the calories and heart rate were not. The incline works and the speed works so again I chopped it up to the game. I got the warranty so maybe I will call them and see if there is anything that I am missing or they can help me with. The Bluetooth works great it has a charger port and auxiliary I have not had to use yet. It also has 2 cup holders. I wish the handle bar was in front by the cup holders as I find it awkward walking with my arms to my sides cause I feel like the handles are to close to my arms and hands. I am glad i got it cause o am using it trying to lose some weight., walking on my lunch break or whenever I feel like it..

I read the reviews before I decided to get the treadmill and thought it was a great purchase. When I received my treadmill today and started putting it together. I noticed that one of the bars was missing a screw. Me still being excited. I was like, I'm still excited to have a treadmill so I kept on assembling it. Once it was all put together. I decided to try it out. I turned on the treadmill and it looked beautiful until it was time to get on. As soon as I got on the belt that was working stopped it was like I had to walk hard to make it keep moving. I turned up the speed to 4 the more I tried to run on it, it kept moving like I was tripping on the belt every time I moved on it. I got off and it worked fine. I don't weigh over the weight limit, so why does this treadmill only runs good when I'm off. I started a return for it and read that I might have to pay for it to get shipped back. You know how much it's going to cost me to send it back. Just as much as it cost to buy it. I will never purchase a treadmill ever again. I might as well keep it and take it as a loss.

I ordered the treadmill on June 8, 2022, when the treadmill arrived the box had some holes in it, but when I opened the package nothing was scratched or damaged. When my friend started assembling the treadmill he got stuck on the first step when he was trying to unfold the treadmill (it wouldn’t go straight up and was stuck halfway) we watched the Assembly video many times and it was going up easy in the video but it gave him hard time for 35 minutes until all of a sudden it swiveled straight up! After that it was a smooth ride to finish it up. I have been using the treadmill for the last 5 days and I noticed from the first time I used that the cupholder is not in 90 degrees angle to hold the cup straight up so the liquid won’t spill if I’m using a cup and not a bottle. And I can’t put a bottle in it cause it’s too short to hold it; unless it’s small one…any jogging or running will cause it to fall down. (I wish if it was made deeper and perpendicularly so it can be exactly vertical and up right). Also, the side handles are too short; I gotta be too close to the screen display in order for me to hold the edge of it. (I wish if it was 5-6 inches longer). Another thing that I’m struggling with is the tablet holder; it’s too narrow. I can only fit my iPhone or my iPad in there after I take them off their cases. That is inconvenience (I wish if it was wider). I hope that they could add organizer pocket to be attached somewhere on the treadmill for me to be able to hold things like (TV remote, glasses, phone…etc.). Or add it as accessory for the current treadmill. I have noticed while I’m walking on the treadmill a loud noise coming out of it every now and then and it would stay for 30-45 seconds then it would disappear. It’s annoying but I hope that there is a solution for that and it wont be persistent. But honestly I like the size of the treadmill, it does not take a lot of space even when it’s unfolded, it has settled nice screen display that looks neat and well laid out. Its not bulky and can fit nicely with the other furniture in any room. The most amazing thing I experienced is the customer service specifically from the agent Alice; she always responded in timely manner, and always had a solution for all my questions. So I really thankful to her. ***Updated Review *** (March 2026): I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from this company, specifically from Christina, the Senior Channels Performance Specialist at Spreetail, and her management team. I purchased my treadmill in 2022, and while it had minor issues from day one, the situation recently escalated to the point where the machine was no longer usable. Even though I was well outside the standard one-year warranty window, this team worked tirelessly to make things right. Here is why they deserve 5 stars: Product Replacement: Despite the expired warranty, they made a special exception to ship me a brand-new replacement unit at no cost. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Expert Problem-Solving: Because the order was older, it was no longer accessible in the Amazon system for a standard refund. Instead of giving up, Christina communicated with her manager and Amazon for days. When Amazon couldn't process the refund, the company issued a full refund of $434.49 directly to my PayPal account. All controls well laid out. folding it up and down effortless. Moving it is easy. Has all the features one would want on a treadmill. Built solid and quiet operation. Highly recommended!

You get what you pay for. Bluetooth is not functioning, the metal of the frame is not strong, even the manual is full of grammar mistakes. So far it’s working, but don’t expect much

I have it over a year. My mom is the one who mainly used it. I got broken part for the treadmill however I contacted them and they were so nice to send us a new one even though our warranty end 5 months ago. The machine itself good for woman since it had 2.5horse power but for a big adult male, I think the machine may be too small

Broken. Didn't open soon enough to be able to return, but large screw sheared. Corner is dented and scratched. Must have dropped from a high height to make that much damage. The box is not damaged though, huh! DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP AF PRODUCT.
