Bit disappointing
Love the idea as I have made a sourdough starter many times and it takes 5+ days. This promises an easier journey to sourdough.However it took 4 days and daily feeding before it starting bubbling a bit. Not much of a benefit there.

Overpriced
I did not notice that the weight of the product was merely 25g so was shocked when I received it considering that the cost was £5.99 per pack and the ingredients are listed as sourdough culture ( what does that consist of?)! wheat flour, wild yeast and lactobacillus all in the most minute proportions. Very difficult to tell the size from the picture. I consider the price to be extortionate.

Doesn't work at all
Followed instructions and it didn't work. I can make perfect bread with yeast so not newbie. Watched out for factors like temperature etc but it just doesn't work at all.

Completely disappointed. Followed instructions EXACTLY and starter did not start. Considering asking for money back.Only gave one star as page required it. Otherwise zero stars.
