Mine did come filled with butane. But you should buy butane because butane in the lighter goes through really quickly

Q: what type of butane do you use?

You can use any type of butane that comes in a canister with a universal refueling tip, as for my personal preference I like "Ronson Ultra Butane" it seems to be a more pure form of butane that burns better. It really all is up to your personal preference.

Q: I need the MSDS (Material Safesty Data Sheet) in order to import this product to Dominican Republic, could you give me this information? Thank You.

This product does not ship with any fuel, you should not need a MSDS to import this product.

Q: how do i fill it up with lighter fluid

You can get the lighter fluid bottles that have a little tip on the end and the bottom of the lighter has an area where you put the lighter fluid into.
