**Q: what size is the inlet tubing/piping if i was to plumb it up to a power head?**
A: You need to connect the piping to an air pump, not a power head.  It fits regular 4/6mm air tubing

**Q: How far does the box stick out if hind from back of side of tank?**
A: Depends on the thickness of the rim, mine sticks out 100mm or 4 inches

**Q: I have a biorb round tank, would this fit on the outside?**
A: No this is really for a tank that has got a lid. It didn’t fit my tank as mine has a lid. So unless the tank has no lid. Then it won’t fit.

**Q: Can this be used as a hospital tank for a siamese fighting fish (beta)?**
A: It uses the same water as your main tank so it would depend on why you are hospitalising your Beta. For injuries it would be ok but not for disease treatment.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fab little nursery tank (with a few modifications!)

Attached a tiny water pump running on 3 volts to the end of the air-bubbler tube, so pumping water directly from the tank into it. This is virtually silent, as opposed to air pumps which can be quite noisy. Has been working well for a few months as our baby Platys get big enough to put back in the main tank. Ironically, since I set this up, our tank inhabitants have developed a taste for Platy fry, so I hardly ever see them before theyre eaten! Incidentally, Im not sure Id want to put a pregnant adult the size of a Platy in this for too long - its quite small if you include the separator plastics.
