The Morphy Richards blades hang down and get stuck if surrounded by, say, spinach leaves which brings up an error message that the (useless) instructions do not tell you about - you have to search the Internet to find the solution. The self-cleaner doesn't work properly so you have to scour the Stainless container, carefully, by hand and nothing can go in the dishwasher.
