I hate to be the 1-star review, but there is no getting around the issues I'm seeing. First, the unit works fine if you only need audio in one ear - either ear -- just not both in stereo mode. Getting into both requires reading the very poorly translated manual, IE, it makes no sense whatsoever, and even if you manage to get the two units to briefly appear as a single "headset" by playing with it and holding down the buttons simultaneously, it won't pair with my iPhone 7+ IOS 11.03 and a joined pair. I've been patient, I've tried multiple times, I've power cycled, I've turned bluetooth on and off several times in between tries, and get the same results. My advice is to save up and buy the Apple AirPods product, which I know from personal experience work very well, even though they are ridiculously expensive. Even if I magically get these ones to work, I doubt I could repeat it, so they will unfortunately have to go back.

UPDATE:After about 3 months of use weekly, they only keep a charge for 20 minutes.INCREDIBLY ANNOYING, and it’s tought to tell if it even charged. Do not buy. I would like a replacement for compensation so, we’ll see if the supplier contacts me.OLD REVIEW:When you first turn them on...Keep them separated... I marked he right one with a razor with a tiny mark because there is no L or R mark.1. Hold down both buttons for 3 seconds.. lights 'are twinkling'2. Take the right one and double click3. Go into Bluetooth Settings and connect4. Go to soundcloud and search RedPillPusha to play some amazing bass music.I rotate them up so it follows the angle of my ears... seems to feel snug and sound better.Haven't tested the call function yet.

Giving two stars only because they charged quickly and worked. However, I am returning them. The sound quality was horrible, almost non-existent base and too much treble. I made adjustments on my phone trying to create a more enjoyable sound, but just couldn't even come close to the sound quality on a much cheaper "wireless" set I have. As for comfort, I require very small ear pieces and with the smallest buds, I did find them to be very comfortable. With all the positive reviews it honestly makes me wonder if I got a defective set.

These wireless earbuds sound amazing, sleek, sturdy great design and stylish. Many great functions comes with this small pod (noise reduction, latest bluetooth, etc). It comes with battery charging storage case. I especially love how they perfectly fit over my ears; this is the most comfortable headphones I've ever had.

I've been using these for a week now and have not had any issues. Although they were a little awkward to initially connect, I was able to get them working on my second attempt and they haven't had an issue since. The sound quality is above average so not much to complain about considering the price.

Back to 1 star. These damn things will not charge! We are up to 3 stars. Charging is finicky, seems you have to push the charge nutton swveral times to keep it charging. I can make it through a workout now at least.I saw one other review about charging issues. They charged the first time and I loved them, since then they last 5 minutes then turn off. It's too bad, like I said I liked them but will likely end up in the trash.

Finally was able to link them both to my phone. Really enjoyed the freedom of having a wireless earbud. 2 days later tried to use and 1 earbud would not charge so I tried both charging stations. Never was able to get it to work again. Not sure if maybe I was unlucky to get the one that didn't work but I'm going to look else where for another product.

These Bluetooth earbuds not only feel great in your ears but have great sound quality. Plus the nose cancelling is a nice touch. Pairs super easily with your phone or other Bluetooth device and comes with a handy docking station. I would recommend this product to those who exercise or need to have no wires dangling.
