Awesome Shreddy Guitart
Full disclosure, Lindo give a free set of strings to those who provide a review, but fair play to them, them don't say it has to be positive. But it is, this guitar is my prize possession. I'm pretty much a beginner rather than an aging Djent. But I share my guitar collection with my son who is way more advanced and loves the Youtube heroes from the Metal genre. For me, I'm exploring the extra tonal range the extra string gives at the low end. And my thinking was, it's a beautiful instrument, if I never progress and it just hangs on the wall then it's like a Monet in similar shades from his lilly pond portfolio. As a novice I still love the feel and the way it plays. But my son shared that he liked the silky feel of how it plays and he was shredding it from the start. He would have been just as happy if it was stealth black and shaped like something you'd use to vanquish a medieval foe. But in fairness he has warmed to my taste in the guitar's appearance. As a value for money sortie into the world of extra range guitars it's unbeatable in my view. And on the subject of value for money, I replaced an acoustic my boy traded and acquired a bass from the Lindo range as a result of being so enamoured of this one. My lyrics on those will be waxed in due course.

It's a Guitar
This guitar is nice. However, there were a few issues that I encountered with it. It arrived freezing cold as expected. But that isn't all. On the back of the guitar is a bit of damage, luckily not to the finish, but on the wood. There's no bumps or holes, it's flat. But this guitar was worth every penny other than that.It has nice clean pickups. A very nice paint job as you would expect. The design is also very good. I find it's very comfortable to play. And it's very light.

Very Good Value 7 String Guitar
This is my first time purchasing/playing a 7 string guitar after 14 years of only playing 6, and this one made the transition very easy. It was set up very well out of the box, the notes sound with little effort. The neck fits my hand perfectly, and the volume/tone/pickup selector are in the perfect places. The tone is thick and resonant, exactly what I was looking for. I'm likely to use this as my main recording guitar now.

Alot of guitar for your money!
I had been looking at this guitar for a while, and I decided to bite the bullet and buy it when I saw it in the sale. This guitar is worth every penny of the full £499 price and then some. The finish is a beautiful gloss, the neck is slightly thicker than I was expecting but smooth and fast enough to shred. The pickups are great too, they're very clear, on both overdriven and clean channels, yet not lacking in any output for the high-gain sounds. The tuners seem solid even with lots of string bending, and the toggle is quiet.Overall, massively impressed, definitely worth your time if you're looking at £500-£800 guitars, plays as well as my more expensive ones, sings just as well them too.I will post an unboxing video and tone-test video on YouTube if you're looking at buying.

I got this guitar as an Amazon deal for 100 quid less than the normal price. I have since made the decision to return it because of the uneven frets and poor quality finish on the neck pickup (ribbon coming off and showing the coil). To some extent I was willing to put up with the pickup since I would have fitted some Seymour Duncan pups in the near future; however, the recurring fretting on the low frets after a full set up left me little choice but to let it go, my other option was to have the action uncomfortably high. It's a shame and maybe I just got the bad one of the badge. I've bought plenty of guitars online and this is the first time I'm returning one.

Better than the big brand names.
I was looking for a new 7 string and the LDG-7X really caught my eye with the mix of maple & turquoise burst. It looks even better close up.After watching the demos of it on YouTube & reading the reviews online I thought I'd give it a try. Especially as they offered a return policy. For me its blown most of the big name competitors guitars at the same price point out of the water for playability. The neck is very quick & it's so easy to reach the high notes. The shape also fits really well to the body as well as it being really light.Tonewise it has exactly what I need in the highs & lows for playing most types of metal & rock. This will most likely become my full time axe now.The only thing I could perhaps ask for is for the ribbon & the wiring of the pickups to be finished a little bit better. Nothing that major & doesn't compromise the sound.I purchased mine outside of Amazon as I didn't know they would have them here. My review is provided here in line with the offer of a set of free strings from Lindo but my review is 100% unbiased. I hope to see more players with their guitars in the future.
