Pro Quick Release Adapter

Axle release pro worked like a charm, easy to install came with all the partsto do a quick change over,they seem to be well made instructions simple and to the point.

Worked for a minute then they just tore themselves apart. Even with optimal tension, the arm itself is a different type of metal than the softer threaded receiver ring and with every actuation, the arm just chews into the softer cup until it carves out a notch. The are also super bulky and protrusive. Ditched em after a week.

While trying to exchange the conversion kit, one of the retaining bolts stripped out.

I was thinking about using this on my Fixed gear bike as a way to cut down on the amount of tools i have. however these to adapters are VERY HEAVY. I could carry 2 wrenches or and still have less weight then one of these quick releases

These DO work well to quickly remove the front bicycle wheel quickly.But then there are FIVE pieces for each side that I must keep up with (including the little metal ring already on the bike). If I lose one, I think I can't just go to the hardware store and get another... So one night I lost a piece while putting my bike in my roommate's car, and I had to borrow her car to drive the 13 miles back to my job to look for that very specific little black part.Also, every time I reattach the wheel, I end up with a different position for the handles. The kit comes with washers of varying sizes so that a person can set the handles perfectly vertical...but I have to reset them every time with different washers.Surely there is a least a way to choose the needed washer size and then screw the entire contraption together, so that when you take the wheel off next time, all the pieces don't just fall on the ground.Over all, I am indeed grateful that I have them!

Got my wife and son new bikes and neither one had quick disconnect front wheels which made putting them in the back of my truck a pain in the butt. These worked perfectly to fix that! Super easy to install and the washers included made it easy to get a nice tight fit. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants to make their wheels quick disconnect without having to hunt around for hub conversion.

Okay product.. took a little time to make the right adjustment on wheel not to over tighten. But still got to make sure it holds and the wheel does not fall off while riding.. Would recommend to others for quick release as long as they got a wrench handy if over tighten.

Much quicker and easier to deal with than a wrench. I had a flat about three days after installing them and was able to remove & replace the wheel very quickly. I was a little skeptical when I ordered them, but am glad I did. They were easy to install after watching the video on the manufacturer's website.
