Easy on the Stomach
Does not hurt your stomach like some of the non-capsule zinc supplements do. So far so good

Thorne is a well-trust brand, and for good reason
I use this XYMOGEN Zinc Glycinate (20 mg) daily, per my functional medicine provider's recommendation. I take it with food, and it does not cause stomach upset. It uses zinc glycinate, a chelated form that absorbs well, and so far, the dose works for my daily use. I also am using it for immune support and general cardiovascular health, since zinc plays a role in normal heart and vascular function. This product, from Thorne, is free from gluten, dairy, soy, corn, and other common allergens, which is helpful!

Sleep and Immunity.
I use this for sleep. Studies show good quality zinc can help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Yes it did work but took like a week to kick in. Must take it right before bed and taking it earlier in the day has no effect on sleep. Also good for your immune system.
