Smaller than advertised, certainly not 88mm when measured outside. One of the reviews is misleading and shows items in some cello packaging. Mine didn't come in such a packaging and are smaller than on the review pictures. Usefulness is low as the rings aren't 'springy', hard to use. They expand too slowly after compressing to be of any use. I've owned better products. Wouldn't buy again. I'm returning as the description is not accurate either (smaller than advertised).

Have been looking for something like these for ages. I initially bought these for my mum since she had 2 strokes before Christmas & lost strength in her left hand. What I can say about it is that it comes in different colours based on weight & strength & it is very well made. Since it is round it adapts to your hand compared to spring hand grips. I will use them too to strengthen my hand since I lost a little strength many years ago in an incident. Early to say much more since I have to see if my mum's hand or mine improves. What I have to say is that it's practical & worth every penny. What's more important is that improvements will take time.

very bad quality product. it is very small and the material is so hard and strong I did not feel a difference between colours they all feel the same.
