Easy to swallow easy absorbs
Those capsules are easy to swallow. My 9 year old son has no trouble with doing so! They have a nice aroma. They absorb really fast.All my family is taking it and we’re happy with results. Highly recommend!

Really helped me
Great product been using for years. I was advised to take this product by a kintaloigist after the doctor had put me on antidepressants I had been on and off these antidepressants for a few years. After a few months of taking B complex I came off antidepressants and never felt the need to take them since. Definetly good for your mind.
