Since it foams up as soon as water hits it, it nevers leaves an oily film. However, I am in the habit of rinsing off the inside of my shower stall or tub before getting out just to make future cleanups easier. **Q: can i use it as both oil?** A: This is a body wash containing Almond oil. I really like this product. I am sorry that I I have not respond you earlier. **Q: How do you use this?** A: After my normal shower, I add some of this to my shower scrunchee then apply it to my problem areas. Legs and arms are my dry spots. Then just rinse off and towel dry. **Q: Is this product non-comedogenic?
