Arrived with no instructions or advice and took some puzzling to get it on correctly using listing pictures.Only just comes down as far as my ribs unlike some which fit underneath the ribs making them more supportive and comfortable. To get good support, it has to be tightly fitted across the ribs which restricts breathing a little.The bones down the back are thin and soft so don't provide enough support.The design/cut at the front of the underarms mean care has to be taken to ensure the firm straps don't cut into you or rub by pulling the neoprene base layer around it.
