Highly reflective bird scare rods, that rotate 360° to reflect light in all directions. Reflection is further intensified by the Spiralled shape of the rods; dazzling, confusing and frightening birds. The swivel and design of the rods allow easy rotation enabling constant movement and maximising light reflection, these rods make sure birds stay away from your home, garden, patio, car and pool. In addition to its bird deterrent activity, the rods can also be used to decorate your home and garden.

Pesky bird deterrent!!
Have put them in the garden but doesn’t seem to deter the pigeons, crows, magpies etc,.

Advertised as bird scarers, but I have a picture of a bird sitting next to it lol
Lovely in my garden, but do not scare birds

Pretty but hopeless
These make the garden look pretty but other than that are completely ineffective at the job that they are sold to do. Buy a cat and give it a good brief to chase birds, but not to go any further. I actually took a photo of some Magpies sitting directly underneath and near a few of these, but then lost the will to live in posting it (I should have kept the photo, sorry).

They actually work!
I saw Lynsey Queen of Clean use these on her Instagram account, so I gave them a go. We have some young fruit trees that the pigeons absolutely love, however, the pigeons are too fat and break the branches. Last year they broke lots of the branches. This year after a few breaks we put these deterrents on the trees and we have not had a single other pigeon sit in our trees which are now growing beautifully and have lots of fruit on their way. What a fab idea - thank you!

Worked for a few days…
Then birds got used to it.

I was having terrible problems with wood pigeons sitting on top of my ...
Bought this in conjunction with reflective tape, so being used altogether. I was having terrible problems with wood pigeons sitting on top of my pergola and messing all over my decking and garden furniture etc. It was becoming so bad this year it was making it an unusable area. Was spending hours on my hands and knees cleaning the decking only for it to be splattered again days later. So, prepared to try anything humane to keep them away, decided to try this.Tied the tape around the outer wooden beams (left it fairly long), wrapped thicker tape all the way along the middle beam, and hung the rods up around the outside corners. This was about 3- 4 weeks ago and I'm amazed to say it is working so far!!! There is just one splat on the decking and I've only see a wood pigeon land on the pergola a couple of times, only to fly off again as they don't like it. Yes, ideally I would prefer not to have to silver tape hanging from my pergola but needs be - it's not awful looking, just a bit unusual. But you get used to I guess. And believe me, it's worth it if it works!!!!!

They work! 99%
These look fantastic and seem to be doing the job of keeping away the pigeons pretty well.As soon as they went up we noticed the pigeons stopped landing on our pergola and the decking was mess free. But after about a week we have noticed 1 poo! We are really happy with this though as our decking was in a right state and covered in the mess so this is a huge improvement. I no longer catch the pigeons landing ALL the time and not only are they doing the job but they look lovely too.

Bird Deterrent
Attracts the birds rather than repelling them. Not effective for me.
