This is a brilliant little device and is perfect for what I needed it as my phone runs our go battery very quickly with the amount I use it and I hate not being able to use my headphones and charge it at the same time, but even with its lifetime guarantee the top of the device (metal bit) bent somehow and stopped working. I'm very careful with my electronic devices so can honestly say it wasnt pulled out or put in hard, didn't drop etc. I then ordered another one on 6 Sept and that one is causing issues too, but the new one just stops allowing one or the other (headphones or charge cable) to stop working. I'm thinking I should have gotten the Belkin one at the slightly higher price. So, yes it's a handy and small device and works really well if it decides to work hence the 2 stars.

Worked ok for a couple of weeks but now won't charge my iPhone 7 Plus, saying this accessory may not be supported! Waste of money.Ok, you picked up on this, got in touch with me and sent a replacement, which is working great. Can’t fault the level of service and realise that product faults are not always down to the supplier. So thanks very much, you deserve 5 stars! Happy Christmas.

I was so excited to receive this as i thought my troublesome to being able to charge and have headphones in were over but, the adapter didn't work at all and the excitement was soon gone. Even if it had only worked a handful of times i would have understood the cheap chinese build to it. But the thing was just comp;eatery useless, don't sell a product that doesn't work.

Would have given it no stars, but didn’t have the option.Was great when it first arrived and worked. Lasted less than 3 months and then stopped working. It’s not been carried around - been in the same place in the house, but no longer charges the phone. Useless.Went for a more expensive one after a cheaper one also stopped working after 3 months.No way to contact seller and refund only available for first 4 weeks. Will not buy again.

A very good product. I have been using it since I recieved it and had no problems so far. The charging and audio work without any problems to charging or the audio sound quality.

It does work, even with the latest iOS but you do have to follow the correct sequence when connecting headphones.1. Headphone to the adapter2. Adapter to the phoneOtherwise it doesn't work.

Product and replacement did not work but good customer relations.
