Edited review charger broke on the first one within 3 ...
Edited review charger broke on the first one within 3 days the metal prongs inside the board get stuck inside the charger. Had another sent out and I made sure I put it on charge for him in case it was how he was plugging it in but it happened again hoping to return for a refund

Caused an injury
Didn't last long. Had to refund it. It caused my son to injure himself when it suddenly turned off while he was using it.It wouldn't charge, Poor quality in my opinion. It has put me off buying a segway again

We got the navboard and it was fun but it wouldn't charge so we sent it back. We got a replacement with the same problem. Only way to fix it is every time you want to charge the board you have to open up the plug, take the fuse out and put it back in again and them close up the plug. This works but its a right pain!!Shame because the board is good.

Very upset child
I had the original replaced because the charger broke. Have had a new one sent out and with in a week it stopped working and wouldn't take a charge.

I bought this for my daughter for Xmas. We can't get it to go forwards or backwards but will go round and round in circles. I think their is a fault with it
