You can cheat a little on your diet with this formula
This synergistic blend has aided my type 2 diabetic mother control her blood sugar and curb her appetite - and she's from back south where they were raised on corn, potatoes, bread - and everything else grainy and starchy. After trying different carb blockers, I found this one blend where magnesium stearate makes sense in carb blocking. Unfortunately, mg stearate also prevents absorption of essential nutrients, so it's a give and take situation. Other than the issue with Mg flow agent, I totally recommend this formula.

A good combination to get my days going
Overall this product was very effective. I love the natural ingredients so I don’t have to worry about what’s being put into my body. I was looking for a product that was natural and felt natural. This is a product I can trust to give me the results that I was looking for. It isn’t some miracle weight loss supplement, sadly that doesn’t exist but this product helped me get on track and lose weight. My changing lifestyle through me into a panic on the subject of my personal weight loss journey and I didn’t need that. This is a supplement I can feel could about taking, personally and physically.
