Great Product
Bought this because works with windows 10, installed it ok only to find won't work on usb 3, luckily I got a usb 2 port, can't get any sound out of the speakers whilst it's recording and the saved mp3 file also has low volume, got onto the seller and they have an excellent after sales service all works fine now, highly recommend this product

Excellent - works a treat, problem solved!
Having replaced an old windows 7 laptop with a windows 10 PC I found I was now unable to record from various audio sources to Audacity in stereo.. at best only in mono ... after much searching I found this audio capture lead and have to say it has solved the problem perfectly! It comes with a copy of audacity but its a really old version , you're much better off simply downloading the latest version from the web ( its a legal free download anyway) . bottom line, £12 has solved my problem so I'm well pleased.

Converting old cassettes into computer files
This product was easy to connect and set up although I did have to reboot the computer after having connected the Audio Grabber into the USB socket in order to see the required input source. One downside though is that no sound is heard from the computer whilst playing the cassette until the record button is pressed in the Audacity programme. This makes it very tricky when trying to set up the next track to record. Overall I am pleased with the product as I am easily able to convert all my old cassettes and records before I discard them to save space.

What a relief!
Hardware installed swiftly and accurately by plug-and-play. Using my existing version of the software meant I didn't need to use the CD. I set up to rescue and record from old cassettes from my somehow-surviving Aiwa player, and left the equipment to get on with it while I worked at something else. Total success and great recording quality with minimal effort.

Happy memories
I have purchased this item in order to convert a vast collection of cassettes to mp3s and thus reduce a storage issue. Whilst I have a means f carrying out the conversion, this unit will add to the process. I am still d liberating purchasing a more 'modern' system to use with this cable. It does what it is supposed to do. I can recommend this item.

Great little device that works!
This little box of tricks does exactly what it claims. In the box you get audacity on disc, and the unit. Plugged it in, loaded disc and followed the sellers setup instructions and within 20 minutes I was recording my first vinyl to my pc. Sound quality is good although this will depend on your record deck and pre amp. Seller also included support by Skype and email and although I didn’t need it I thought this was a great touch of service for such a cheap product.

Audio Capture
I ordered this unit to capture audio from radio recordings made via my Humax TV recorder to play at my leisure on my smart phone. My previous method involved my late lamented Toshiba laptop which had a microphone input. Not too bad to set up but boy is Audiocity different to use compared to Audiolava. Sound quality is reasonable. Worse bit was waiting three weeks for the device to arrive from China.

Plug n play setup
Plug n play to install, downloaded audacity (no cd drive) followed couple of easy steps shown in the manual to configure.I've converted several files into wav and flac with very high bit rates. All very good.
