The crema was inconsistent at first and slightly patchy but i do believe it was a case of dialing the beans in! Nice thick crema, it is definitely getting thicker and more even as the beans are dialed in :)

Very nice coffee. Tastes great, and genuinely generates a fantastic crema. I use it in a sage barista express machine. I have dialled my machine in to my tastes, adjusted the internal burrs so I get *exactly* the grind I want, and I use exactly 18g of ground coffee for a double shot. I stir the ground coffee in the group head with a WDT before I tamp it and I get a superb extraction from this bean. Recommended.
