Beautiful, well-written, excellent for daily practice
The cards are beautiful and well-written. But their true benefit lies in the content. Each card evokes an experience and insight to carry forward during the day. The exercises, strategies, and mindfulness prompts are intuitive and engaging. They are all designed to help you accept your thoughts and feelings without judgement. They also help you connect with the present moment, and take committed action towards your values. This deck is an accessible way to incorporate ACT principles into your daily life.I love the flexibility of this deck. I can pick a random card each morning to set the tone for my day, or I can choose a specific card if I'm dealing with a particular challenge. And because they're so portable, they're convenient for traveling.

Bite-Sized Wisdom For Experiential Growth
Diana Hill and Debbie Sorensen are two incredible teachers of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindful living practices more generally. In this ACT Daily Card Deck, they provide a beautiful way to synthesize the core processes of ACT which includes our connection to the present moment, the way we relate to our thoughts and emotions, and how we can meaningfully show up each day through our actions. I found this card deck useful for my own weekly intention setting - allowing for bite sized pieces of wisdom to sincerely settle deeper into my life through application of skills. As a therapist myself, I also found this card deck valuable in my practice as a way to mindfully open sessions and providing prompts for in-between session reflection or practice.

Great for me clients
I have recommended the cards to several therapy clients and a family member and they have all loved them. Also a terrific way for clients to continue ACT practices once therapy has terminated. I highly recommend these!
