Organic Ghee Clarified Butter, 13 oz (368 g)

A little more expensive than some competitors but for me this is the gold standard. Excellent product for safe and tasty high temperature cooking. A little goes a very long way. I have repeat purchased this product.

I bought this for my son. He has been wanting this for ages. He love it. It is very good in fresh coffee and for cooking with. Great product.

I ordered this ghee to do my bulletproof coffee in the morning. It tastes AMAZING, smells of almonds, great stuff!Should be great as part of cooking, will definitely order when I finish this pot.

Nothing to say here: just butter the way butter should be. Will buy again and would recommend to anyone out there.

This is the first time i have tried ghee, i was looking for something that hadn't been refined like most cooking oils the result was good although i would not advise using it to fry more than once or it could result in a not so pleasant smell.It's good to have a choice but it is expensive so would only use a little and you may be healthier to use coconut oil or olive oil for frying at least.It is however supposed to be okay for people who are intolerant to dairy so i can see it may be useful in baking.

This Ghee in my opinion is the best of its kind. It has a rich, nutty taste and smooth texture and is great for baking, cooking and just eating pure out of the jar. Highly recommended!!!
