It's kind of hard to review a mineral supplement as it's not as if you can talk about the fit or quality (without extensive lab testing :) but my experiences have been wholly positive. First of all, these tablets are very easy to take - I find it pretty hard to swallow pills, but can manage these with no problem. Secondly, I haven't had a cold or bug since I started taking them (don't know if that means anything statistically but I'm pretty well renowned for getting every bug that's going so I'm going to chalk that one up for the win!) Apart from that, they're a great price and have super-fast delivery so no complaints here.

These zinc tablets are fantastic for my menapausal symptons!!
I’ve been taking these with sage tablets for the same company for menapause symptoms and have noticed that my hair and nails are looking much healthier, less breakage etc. I believe the Sage tablets are amazin for hot flushes and have recently added them both on and subscription from Amazon 👍🏼😊

Helped shake a stubborn cold!
I started using these because I was suffering from a cold I just couldn't shake.. I started taking these and the cold did start to ease off! Could be a coincidence but haven't had any symptoms back since so they seem to be working which i'm happy with! They're so cheap anyway so worth a try!only negative about them is that the package is quite big for the amount of tablets you get.. bit odd :/

I am not someone who takes supplements on a regular basis but I was persuaded to try these zinc tablets by a friend who noticed I had a cold I couldn’t get rid of for about 4 weeks. I don’t like taking tablets of any kind as I always think I am gonna choke, but these are small enough to swallow without any drama.

Great supplements - easy to take and don't have an unpleasant taste or smell. Also great value considering this is zinc citrate (more easily absorbed than the zinc oxide found in many other supplements). Would definitely recommend and purchase again.
