Not exactly like fresh lime, but absolutely palatable and good to have on standby for margaritas if you have no fresh lime. I would use for food too. I have now stocked up on these.

If you ever mix your own Marguerite's and don't want the hassle of squeezing loads of lime's this is perfect. It's not a sweet lime cordial ... this is lime juice and does a really good Job. Order the Tequila (2 parts) and Cointreau (1 part ) to mix with this (1 part) and you have a perfect Marguerite's you just need to shake up with ice or blend. Either way it's easy enough to order everything from Amazon now!

I bought this to check whether I could make decent margaritas without having to juice limes (both due to quantity required for large orders and inconvenience for small orders). It just tastes like normal bottled lime juice, not nearly as nice as fresh lime juice. A bit disappointing.

Lovely for ceviche and a summer spritzer

I bought this for a dinner party where I will be serving margaritas and wanted to skip juicing 7 or 8 limes, was a bit concerned that using a concentrated juice would affect the drinks in a negative way, didn't happen, in fact I think they were better, highly recommended.

There's no escaping the fact that this is a pasteurised product (and does not taste exactly like a freshly squeezed lime), but of all the ones I've tried - this is pretty and I'll likely use again.

Really excellent! I use it for my Southampton Mocktails, for salsa and with soda water. Can't tell the difference between this and all the bother of limes. Very happy.

Perfect lime juice for lager, i've tried others but, this is by far the best.
