I have the perfect one and I am very happy with it. **Q: What's the maximum cooking time?** A: 59 min on the timer and after the alarm will start to ring and you can reset another time, but normally for any cooking you will need less than 60 min unless you will cook beef tongue so I use then about 1,5 hour.
