Does it taste like cassia cinnamon? Can someone please comment the color.** A: This is not organic cinnamon, this brand is cassia cinnamon. real cinnamon does not have too much of the minty taste and it look pale than this. this brand is redish in color just like how cassia cinnamon is supposed to look. All ceylon cinnamon should be the same and have the same taste. I am disappointed that they making people believe they are buying the real cinnamon. Please don't by this brand is not the real cinnamon as are making it seem. **Q: Does the label indicate what was used to retain freshness of this product ?** A: I received an email from this vendor today offering a replacement and a refund because of the toxic gasses that emanated from my new bag. I had to throw mine out it’s smelled so badly of chemical. And now I’m afraid tumors are growing on my liver from this and previous exposures to their “version” of cinnamon. In their email they explain that they ACCIDENTALLY ADDED A CONTAMINATION in the form of flavoring which while it smells like industrial waste they swear isn’t harmful in any way…are you effing kidding me?!
