Great crystals !
Lovely product, exactly what I needed for baking . The crystal size is very good , nice and crunchy as expected , doesn't dissolve too quickly when used as a topping for cereal and tastes lovely. Although only 500 grms in a box, it seems to be good value for money as a little really does go quite a long way .. I can't really comment on the hardness as I haven't had the item very long, but so far, I'm very happy with it .

Lovely crunch and keeps its colour
Lovely on top of a light fruit cake. I thought it might discolour when baking but it stays a lovely bright white .Love it and will buy more.

Easy to use
I love cooking at home and as a retired professional, I love using this sugar as a topping for all my cakes, my grandchildren love the crunchy bits on the top, well worth a go.

Nibbed sugar 500
This is exactly what I needed for my cake topping. The nibbed sugar arrived well packed and within the time frame. These were to be made into coloured crystals spilling from a small urn. It was a cake decoration for a jewellery maker . They looked fantastic when coloured up. I would buy these again for putting on cake toppings, therefore it's 5* from me folks.

Not as expected
This item arrived poorly packaged and as a result most of the contents had spilled out - a refund was made promptly. The small amount left in the box that was useable, wasn’t great. It sort of got soft and spread out rather than staying as large granular sugar crystals. I would not buy this item again.
