Excellent product
I have been having problems with my posture for some time, and was developinga hump on my back. I am a size 40-C on brassieres, and ordered the mediumsize and if fits like a champ, no problem. It is a bit uncomfortable in the front,but it can be very well tolerated.

Does improve posture but front under bra strap kept curling and hooks sticking into my skin.
Thank you ladies for your reviews. I am a 34H with a curvature of the spine. I ordered a M. I haven't had a lot of luck finding the perfect support but correcting my posture certainly helps with the pain. And this does pull your shoulders back, raises the "girls" and helps with upper back pain. I'm still looking for the perfect one, but till I find it, this will help while doing errands and housework.. I have the Squeem in XL and that does support upper and lower back, but I can't do all the hooks by myself. I can do the top and bottom but when it comes to the middle hooks, I need my husband's help. Looking down to clip them, the 'girls' are in the way! So this support is good for the weekends but I am still looking for the perfect one for during the week that I can do myself. But this brac does correct posture which in turn takes pressure off the back. But the front strap keep curling and the hooks were sticking into my skin. OUCH. Returning and still searching.

It does what it says!
I bought this for shoulder support to correct my posture. Though it does not have as much support as I would like, it does do that. I bought the large, and normally wear a lg/xl, fit is just a bit tight, but it works. It does help lift the girls as it suggests it will.
