WARNING make sure you know how to use this product correctly!!! I wanted to find a sponge that didn't absorb the product too much, like most sponges do. I have been using a brush to put on foundation, like many pros do, but it leaves streaks. When I got the sponge, I misunderstood the directions and was disappointed because it did absorb into the sponge quite a bit and that defeated my purpose for buying the product. Irritated, I contacted the seller, to give them a chance to handle this problem before I returned it. They were SUPER responsive and got back with me very fast. Turns out that you need to put on the product (I use my finger, but you can use the silicone side) and then spread it over your face, using the silicone side first. Surprisingly, it spreads well that way. THEN flip it over and use the sponge side to smooth it out. It works beautifully! Hardly any product on the sponge and it looks silky smooth on my face. I didn't try to spread the product with the silicone at first because it didn't seem like that would work, but it does! I have to say that the seller was really terrific. In fact, they told me that they are redoing the instructions to more accurately describe how to use the product. They are really working to give you something you will love and use. Kudos to them because not all sellers are so good, although many are here on Amazon.I highly recommend this product! It doesn't waste your makeup and makes it look great on your skin.

These sponges are AWESOME. I have been wanting to try a silicone makeup sponge, so opened and used one right away. I somehow missed that I would be getting two, so that was a nice surprise. I used maybe a third of the amount of foundation I normally have to use with my regular makeup sponges, and the blending side is very convenient. They feel well-made too, very happy with these.

I gave this a try today. It applies ok just not as well as a beauty blender sponge. However, when using the other side to blend, it did soak up a lot of makeup. The outcome of the makeup application is (to my opinion) not as good as using a beauty blender sponge or foundation brush. I think these are quite over rated. A quirk is that after using it I rinsed it off with lukewarm water and the silicone side now looks all crepe looking. I checked it many hours later and it still looks the same. It's no longer smooth. The makeup remained on the blender side even after cleaning.

I didnt really like the way the silicone applicator applied the make up...like the sponge on the back better...but great product to try!

Wow, what a no brainer! I am now not wasting any of my foundation or having to deal with a brush that gets dried out or over used/dirty. Good foundation application- goes on really well and easy. Bendable, easy to hold. Literally anything you put on it will go on to your face, not be left over on the sponge. I'm a convert! Woo Hoo!

This is a fantastic makeup applicator and I like it better than my blender. The silicone side really does make you use less foundation and it spreads it so nicely over the face. I've never used anything as good as this. The other side is such a nice texture and it blends really well. I'm super happy with this and I've bought several

My original intention was to purchase a new Beauty Blender, but I saw reviews for this and thought I would give it a try. I was not very impressed. Yes, the silicon side does a great job at spreading the makeup around, however, when you flip it over to dab it into your skin, the makeup just soaks right into the pad. I was not saving me any makeup, and it was not providing a good finish. I ultimately spent the extra money on an It Brush at Ulta and absolutely love it.
