Arrived very quickly. Packaging was fantastic as is the quality of the bands. The bands came in a small drawstring bag which is very handy for storage. I liked the fact that that bands came with an excercise sheet as well. Would definitley recommend this product.

normal rubber bands. notice they are weak. suitable for untrained people. on my feet the strongest is rather weak, but I use 2 at once. my height is 160cm weight 48 kg

These resistance bands are good for the price however they often end up getting rolled p when its on, also the light and medium ones have barley any resistance so I don't even use them.

great product, good value and delivered on time. Even came in a little bag to store them and a manual on exercises you can do with them. Would definitely reccomend for any level of resistance training.

They are just elastic bands so what is there to say? My granddaughter wanted these to use for her dance training having declined the offer of some old bicycle inner tubes which I thought would do just as well.If you like pretty colours and want a little bag to put these in when not in use then what is there not to like?She was very happy to receive them as a stocking filler present so I suppose her opinion is the one you should go by.She said they were exactly what she needed and was very pleased with them. Buyer and recipient both happy.

I was relatively happy with the product until after a week of using the Red band which has now failed and broken into one long strand. The plastic seems cheap and nothing like the quality advertised. I have used many different bands for a wide range of uses, but I will not be buying this product or any products from this retailer again as the quality does not live up to the advertised product.
