My biggest struggle with losing weight was my portion sizes and snacking however with these my appetite is completely suppressed obviously these aren't a miricle pill like people are obviously expecting I have a little one and try to fit in at least half hour of exercise a day, even something as simple as hoovering the house helps! I've got a lot more energy to do things with my son and can't wait till he's even bigger so I'm able to run around playing football with him!

This product is very confusing. when I first purchased these the garcinia cambogia the capsules were white and the colon clea wWnse were brown. I started to lose weight towards the end of the month so I ordered some more. When my 2nd lot came the garcinia camborgia capsules were brown and the colon cleanse capsules were lighter brown so I returned these and got a replacement only to find they are these brown colours again. I therefor just don't know whats what and don't know what i'm taking. I have kept this exchanged ones but will not be ordering anymore.

I had high hopes for both these products. I have often used colon cleansers with good results. However I used both of these together for two weeks and these were my results: in the first 3 days I was constipated which I just hoped was because Garcinia Cambogia was a new product to me. After two weeks of using both products as instructed I actually put on 2lbs in weight & I certainly wasn't eating more than normal. I eat healthy meals. I was disappointed.

I took the garcinia cambogia pure for about 2 nd half/3 weeks while drinking strip fast shake & using a waist trainer it stoped me from feeling hungry completely I made sure I had one proper meal a day even tho I wasn't hungry and I've gone from 10 st to 8st 4 (was a size 12 now 8) I didn't use the detox pills that came with it .. The only down side is that for weeks and weeks after I stopped taking them I had mood swings, headaches and felt tired all the time, I haven't taken them for about 2 months now I feel fine and the weights stayed off

Having read the marketing and some of the reviews, I had high hopes for these products. Sadly I have been very disappointed and have found them to be just another lot of products that promises great things but with no substance. I did not notice any difference at all, either in my weight or energy levels. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I wont be recommending to anyone that they should try them.

***Before I sat at the PC playing games, eating bad and not exercising, I seriously need to change.***Now i'm walking to the supermarket the long way, carrying heavy loads back 17 litres of water, such a struggle but I felt good afterwards lol and then going on walks on top of that. I am going crazy on the weights as well in hopes to turn my life around. Due to my condition & the medications I have to take I fall a sleep a lot through the day, since starting to use/take Garcinia Cambogia three times a day I find I have more energy through out the day, I am also sleeping better at night.
