To anyone who is looking for a honda civic key there are 2 types. This seller does not tell you this until you receive it and then have no key for your car. The description is incorrect Nor does the key look like the one in the picture. It has an extra bit of plastic which means the fob will not fit inside. This was not the product for me this is an honest review of this product and i believe that it should be known to others so you don't waste time on buying the wrong key for a 2007 honda civic.

Con artists! Avoid at all costs/Not as described. I got my key cut which cost £12 and then put the fob in. The key broke off while I was starting car in petrol station and the metal key got stuck at work and had to take a uber back home and to get my spare key . Wasted 2 hours. The plastic is poor quality. Listing photo showed a slot of the Honda badge but this does not have a slot. Not worth it.

Works perfect, transponder works with this key, do not buy the flip keys as do not work for car as transponder chip 8s set too far away but this key will work 100%

Simply remove the electronics from the old key and place into the new key blade, screw together and get cut. JOB DONE. Great value for money and fulfilled promptly. No Brainer.

Could not get key cut by locksmiths but they could cut their own

Metal part thinner than original key wouldn't work in ignition only in door
