Since I normally use only 3mg, I decided to buy these little spoons and see if I could make it work.I didn't take into account the fact that the melatonin capsules have what is apparently a great deal of filler, so these spoons didn't work for this particular project. That said, they were very accurate and I didn't see any residue clinging to the spoon when I tried it. Note: I live in a very arid environment.Anyway, zero complaints, and really pretty cheap. I am just splitting my melatonin in half and dumping a little in my tea at night now.
