Great customer service and a good quality, lovely teapot.
This is no exaggeration when I say that the HaoHan teapot is the best teapot for pouring I've ever used. No drips whatsoever and the teapot, made with good quality glass, looks an absolute treat. I bought my first in May and have since bought another as a gift for a family memberAt one point I had a query, and contacted the company - they answered my correspondence immediately. Their communications have been great, and the service provided has been excellent. I cannot recommend this company and this product highly enough. My husband and I also didn't realise how much better a cup of tea tastes when made with loose tea in a teapot. I used to purchase organic, fairtrade teabags: they tasted okay, but they were expensive and with the waste, they are not exactly environmentally friendly.Since receiving our teapot we have never drunk so many tasty cups of tea in all our lives. :) This teapot, with a separate infuser that sits conveniently inside is such a pleasure to use. A lovely teapot from a really good company.

Smart and modern
Smart, modern looking tea pot. I love that it is clear so that I can see how dark the tea is brewed (I don't like it tasting like dish water lol).Looks more expensive that it was. Ideal for artisan tea leaves that are all the rage at the minute.Comes apart for easy cleaning and is suitable for the dishwasher.Would definitely recommend this teapot. This is my own unbiased review and I am not affiliated with the product or seller in any way. Perfect Little Pot
Great little teapot. The glass send a bit thin and fragile so if knocked could break quite easily it also means that a tea cosy is needed if you wish you retain the heat for a longer period of time . Apart from that there is nothing wrong with it. Tea pours really well (no drips), lid is secured, and the infuser can be a easily removed when the tea has been brewed to your liking. Also holds enough tea for two large mugs.

Great little tea pot, but seems fragile
It arrived well packaged with no documentation or anything but I know how a teapot works so thats not a big problem!First impressions is that it seems very flimsy and light. However I have a kettle which seems just as flimsy and that is still going strong so as long as I am careful it should last.Tried it out straight away with some mint and chilli tea and left half a pot to brew for 4 mins. Its nice seeing the colour of the tea as it brews. The mesh basket did a pretty good job of keeping all the leaves inside with just very small bits getting through, but its just as good, if not better than any of the other tea strainers I have had. It pours very nicely too with no drips. Very easy to clean as well. I have no idea if its dish washer proof or not but most of the time a simple swirl with fresh hot water is enough to keep it clean. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it does seem very flimsy but hopefully it will last so I may revise that up at a later date!

Beautiful and holds 3 mugs of tea.
I wanted to buy one of these for a while now as I'm a tea drinker. This one is so cute. It's very fragile tough. But I like it about it.It makes 3 mugs of tea. The only bad thing about it is that the metal cover gets hot from water.Other than that it's very nice product.Arrived well packaged/protected.I would buy again.I would recommend. Please hit "yes" if my review was helpful.

Lovely teapot.
Love this glass teapot, you can see how much tea is left in the pot. When washing up it’s easy to see where needs cleaning, not much staining occurs with glass it seems. The glass spout particularly is very delicate so I always keep it out of the way of being knocked accidentally. I have two, and rotate them, one being used the other being washed. I keep the second one in its box.

Very fragile
The tea pot looked nice but I was always very concerned about how robust it was (or wasn't). This proved to be a valid concern as one day I very gently clipped the spout on a pot when washing up and the spout broke off. At least the pot was empty when it happened.
