Review: Lovely Gentle Face Wash - I haven’t been using this face wash for long, but I already love it! It’s so gentle on my skin but really effective—when I wipe my face after, the wipe is completely clean. You only need one pump per wash (though I always use two to be thorough). I absolutely love the pump design! My last face wash leaked everywhere, and I broke nails trying to open it, so this is so much easier to use. The bottle is a great size and will last ages, especially for the price—it’s honestly such good value. I tried to price match elsewhere, but with postage, it worked out the same, so desertcart was quicker and more convenient. So far, I’m really impressed and hope it lasts as well as it’s started!
Review: Love the brand and product - Amazing product, helped me with dry skin under my eyes after just one use. Goes long way, no fragrance and skin feel really soft and clean after use. I am a big fan of la roche possay products. Reccomended for anyone with dry skin issues.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: So picture shows hydrating gentle cleanser but description says caring wash ....they are both different products so which one will I get?**
A: It’s not the same thing. I have tried to order what is pictured in so many places and I get sent the caring wash which is a body/face wash and not a cleanser

**Q: Does this work as a make up remover as well? Specifically removing mascara/ eye makeup?**
A: I found it to sting my eyes so I'd say no. I have stopped using this and I'm now using the inkey list oats cleanser..love it, it removes makeup really well and doesn't sting the eyes.

**Q: Does this product lather like shampoo?**
A: We thank you for your recent query relating to this product. We can confirm that this product will 'lather up' to help cleanse impurities from your face. For more detailed information please follow this link to the La Roche-Posay site.: https://www.laroche-posay.com/products-treatments/Toleriane/Toleriane-Caring-wash-p23517.aspx

We hope that helps with your query. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any further information.

**Q: The bottle I ordered has 'innovation' above 'toleraine', which is different compared to the picture. Is there a reason for this?**
A: We thank you for your recent query relating to the La Roche-posay caring wash. Depending on where the product has been sourced there are occasionally differences in the 'packaging' of the product. It is the same product as featured in every way apart from the bottle face. We hope that clarifies. We do make every effort to clarify our customer questions. If you have any further requirements please don't hesitate to contact us.

### ⭐ Sent the wrong product!!!
*by A***R on 16 February 2021*

I was sent the wrong one!! The picture originally said that was the hydrating one but I was sent something else! I've had to use this other one now as it cost me £20 so didn't want to waste it. Will dry your skin out probably more suitable for oily skin.
