I have bought bulk supplements before and not had any problems being very happy with the product. It comes in a zip lock type bag, bigger than I expected and is a white powder, the consistency of icing sugar with a slight sweetness to it when tasted. It mixes well in water when swirled with a fork or shaker bottle but gives no taste to water. I take one scoop at night and one in the morning but I'm aiming for three. Having only taken it for a week with two gym sessions in that period of time I can't see any immediate effects but over time I'm hoping to see decreased muscle soreness and the ability to maintain muscle mass along with a good balanced diet. It has had one effect that taking it seems to reduce my sugar cravings.
