Was as advertised however the energy boost dint seem to effect my workout much.

No change in recovery time or gain in strength.
I have been taking these for about a week as instructed. I have continued my training routine as normal. I cannot say that I have noticed any difference in recovery or strength. I will continue taking for the rest of the course and update review if this changes.I received a discount on condition that I gave an honest and unbiased review of this product, good or bad.

Seems to help with my stamina
After a while of using this these pills have definitely had some impact on my workouts. Most notably the length of my workouts- usually was done after 20-25 minutes. But yeah add 10 minutes to that.Whether this is psychological or science it does what is promised...pleased with the purchase. 4 Stars because I feel it may be psychological on some level
