I'm on my second bottle of these and can honestly say they have helped me so much with menstrual cramps . I wanted to try them after researching about how it can help with cramp during periods , they're almost completely gone since taking these. I also noticed since taking these I'm much less bloated ( I researched that that can be hormone related ) , would definitely recommend !

Thank u for these after reaching 47 had some discomfort on my breast and worse week before period never had this before trip to docs to get it checked and a manogram later as a precaution thank gudness nothing sinister but was told that they were just benign like cysts and will go with time, fed up of poppin ibropfen everytime i had pain was that bad couldnt wear a bra however had to go to docs again as was really uncomfortable, and given the pill as may relieve symptoms however she did say are you taking evening primrose i was in a vitamin tab but with other vits in it, however i found these on amazon and im amazed after a week my pain has gone !! So grateful for taking these! And for the doc mentioning it now wheres the bras !!

Bought these mainly to help with pmt symptoms - to be truthful I haven’t felt I’ve benefited there, but I must say my skin and hair have improved - so for that reason alone I will carry on taking them.
