Great size and looks smart
These drawers work well, look smart and hold lots. The price was more than I would consider appropriate for this item but I couldn't find anything in my local shops similar in style.

fits my needs perfectly
This desktop draw set is perfect for my needs. It came pre assembled and ready to go. I find it stable and it looks very smart on my desk. Loads of storage as each draw can accommodate a ream of paper. It's stackable should you need to place another on top. the black goes very well in contrast to my white desk. I am very happy with this product. As others have mentioned though is that the packaging is very minimal and i can see why some people would have received damaged goods.

Two out of three came slightly damaged
I bought one of these to help organise some craft supplies in my office, and liked it so much I decided to buy a second one. The first arrived completely intact, but when the second came, I found 2 of the drawers had minor damage (the lower right corner of each drawer had been chipped).Whilst it was only minor cosmetic damage and didn't really affect the function of the drawers, I decided to raise it with Amazon and they allowed me to order a new copy if I returned the broken one. I did, and this time 3 of the drawers all had the same issue.Fortunately I hadn't returned the second set yet, so chopped and changed the drawers so I had 5 undamaged ones, and returned the ones that had all been chipped. I imagine the two boxes had just been dropped at some point, and the thin cardboard offers little protection against this sort of damage. The drawers themselves are great. They are fairly sturdy, slide well, can be removed fairly easily if you want and hold a decent amount of paper in each. I also like the translucent drawers as it gives some idea of what is inside without being completely clear.

Sturdy and smooth
I bought this to replace a similar item I have had for 15+ years. The drawer slides on that original item were showing signs of wear with drawers sticking or dropping. This HAN system box is fantastic! It's light, yet sturdy, and the drawers slide smoothly and are "captive" (i.e. they won't come all the way out if you pull too far). Recessed rubber feet enable it to sit securely on a work surface.

It's good But grossly over priced.
I have two of these now and Let's be real, it's a paper storage unit we're mostly buying this for aesthetics and it does look very nice. It's sturdy and comes with some draw labels. If you want dimensions and stuff, I'm too lazy for that, but each draw will hold about a printer pack of A4 paper.I personally think it's overpriced for what it is, but I'm also willing to spend a premium for something that doesn't degrade my home office decor. for reference I spent £29 and then £33 on mine. at £33 I was like ouch getting too pricy. but I went through with it so they'd match.Seriously though if this was like in the £20-30 I'd be all over this, but yeah £42, the price on this thing just goes up and up. at point start looking into steel filing cabinets and stuff. like it's gone outside of what's reasonable to ask even for a premium item and now it's charging outside of classification. So yeah, I'd say from £20-35 buy this for the looks. anything high goes to Ikea and spends £3 on a temporary alternative.Because yes looks matter especially in your home. But so does recognising the value of a product which realistically a plastic paper holder that takes like 5 A4 paper packs is like £15and yeah, that's my opinion, and not a just 4star "good product would buy again" or, 1start "cost too much".

Ideal to declutter desks
I was looking for a replacement for a cardboard unit that sat on my desktop into which I kept files and batches of print outs that I used on a daily basis. Finally after much consideration, I selected this product and have been extremely pleased with it. As it has open-ended drawers, you can access the documents with or without pulling the drawer out, which is useful if you have other files piling up in front of it! It takes A4 sheets very confortably so you should be able to put A5 if you use them. Each drawer can hold 200 pages (80 g paper) without getting stuck, The drawers slide in and out very easily. Of course, it is plastic, but it is quite discreet and hold a lot occupying very little space on the desk. Highly recommended.

Came damaged, but still functional
Tldr: Came damaged (see images), I'd say it's a little overpriced, but it does the job it's intended for.Seems sturdy enough, although the plastic may be a little brittle as it came damaged, the corners of a few of the drawers have chipped off. Not sure of this happened while the delivery person had it or if it was damaged before it even shipped, but it was delivered upside down suggesting it wasn't handled with much care.Functionality wise it's fit for purpose, the damage doesn't impact this. The drawers fit A4 size with a space of about 3cm on the side. The drawers can be removed completely, but there is a catch to stop them falling out when the case is tilted.Comes in a bag in a box, with a bag of four feet that easily push into the base, and five plastic label holders and a piece of perforated card that separates into the labels - they just clip onto the drawer.
